Overview: Sales Training International (STI) is a sales, sales management and customer service training, consulting and productivity products development company founded in 1986. Throughout much of our company's history we have focused on conducting need assessments, developing, testing, training and measuring solutions. As such, the company has created an enormous volume of marketable intellectual property.

The company owns one of the largest skill based library of courses in the industry. With 70 courses available for e-Learning redevelopment, (51 in sales, 11 in sales management and 8 in customer service), very few competitors come close to STI's depth and breadth of content that also includes two state of the art "value selling models." For the sales/sales management training site so far we've completed, 13 sales courses, 4 master reference modules and 3 assessments (initial phase). For the customer service site, we've completed 5 courses, 2 assessments, job aids and Coaching Guide that can be opened and printed for off-line use to provide a distinctive approach to offering a "blended" solution.

Additionally, we own five diagnostic assessment tools for the professions of sales and customer service. Our premier tool is the "Sales Diagnostic Questionnaire." It is the only comprehensive selling skills competency model needs analysis tool available on the web today. It looks at 204 observable skills in 31 different areas of selling. The questionnaire automatically generates free reports in multiple text and graphic formats. We also own a first phase customer service knowledge and skill assessment tool for the "mission critical" skill sets. Soon, our diagnostic tools will automatically create online curriculum specific to the test taker's results.

With our diagnostic tools and volume of proven content, our clients get effective training targeted to specific and documented needs. Results are outstanding!

E-Learning: The growth of "e-Learning" is nothing short of phenomenal and we're positioned well to take advantage of the e-future in training. The projections from IDC research anticipate this platform to grow from $2.2 billion in 1999 to $18 billion in 2005. IDC analyst Ellen Julian predicts that by "2002, for every dollar spent of technology, five will be spent on content." We have the content.
