He is the founder of Sales Training International, now headquartered in Cape Coral Florida. The company offers web-based and instructor-led courses, as well as, consulting services, productivity improvement products and software. Some courses are available in Spanish and Portuguese.

Relevance to hypnosis is tied to Georgi Lazanov’s work at the Institute of Suggestology (hypnosis) in Bulgaria. Lasanov studied the power of suggestion, conscious and unconscious in a learning setting (suggestopedia) which led to the development of Accelerated Learning process now used throughout the world in education and training.
Bob's deep understanding of adult learning principles, how people learn online, and Accelerated Learning, comes into play when designing online learning courses for maximum effectiveness. Recent breakthroughs in e/mLearning development software has him actively involved in redesigning Sales Training International's online courses to take full advantage of these new capabilities.
Prior to establishing the company, Bob gained 15 years experience as a top producing award winning Sales Professional selling electronic connectors, epoxy laminates, pumps, compressors and pulsation dampeners, job placement and employment services, business brokerage, and other products and services.
His instructional design breakthroughs using “Accelerated Learning and Teaching” have produced dramatic increases in the speed of and accuracy, as well as, length of retention of learning.” These innovations are now being applied to the company’s Web-based training, large group training sessions and individual mentoring sessions.

He has written and published 43 eBooks in the professions of sales, sales management, and customer service which are available for purchase on Amazon.com, Barnes and Nobel and over 70 retail websites.
Additionally, he has written over 70 Instructor Led Training and 50 Web-Based Training courses.
