Major Account Call Center (MACC)
The Major Account Call Center sells our clients' products/services over the phone. They do this both independently and/or collaboratively with outside sales representatives. Sales range from $5,000 to $4.500,000 with the usual sale in the range of $50,000 to $150,000. This is not the standard type telemarketing center that handles small orders and customer service issues (although we also do these things by default).
The purpose in sharing the successes of the MACC with you is to point out that much of what can be sold face-to-face can also be sold over the phone. When done collaboratively (phone and field force), the results can be outside astonishing.
How the MACC TeleSales Professionals (TSP) do it is simply by following the diagnostic master strategic sales plan of which Step 5 has just been published. Keep in mind, however, that our TSPs are first trained in the tradition of the outside Sales Professional, then given additional specialized skills to conduct the entire process over the phone.
