The Time Management course is designed to help individuals identify the areas in their lives that need to be better managed, to effectively prioritize their day and to maximize their productivity both at work and at home.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Identify different personality traits that affect our time management
  • Understand what matters most to us and how that impacts our lives at work and at home
  • Determine the appropriate balance between all the areas that demand our attention
  • Define the skills necessary to set goals
  • Learn the methods for breaking goals into action items and integrating them into a time management system
  • Develop tools for monitoring our current time usage
  • Identify various time killers that plague us
  • Quantify the value of our time so that it can be viewed as an investment
  • Define and master the skills necessary for implementing and maintaining a time management system.
